Im 6'0 198lb and 18% body fat. This is my second cycle with clen and t3. I have been dieting for 4 months and have lost a total of 35 lbs. I need to get down to 10% fat. and was wonder what cycles u guys have used in the past for the best results. thanks
watch out on the t3 u can come dependent on it. only run for 3-4 wke then off. clen 2wks on it then 2 wks off it and so on. you have to get your bf down before any drugs are used meaning aas. just keep doing what your doing. just do cardio, and well iam not really good on wat and how to diet correctly so thats why i have a pro bber training me. but built or curt or juggernut or anybody who knows how to diet correctly as iam learning but not comfortable about giving any diet advice but the t3 and clen i know all about. use wisely. good luck and grab one of the ones i mentioned.

Just tighten up your diet and fix your training. You can get to 7-8% easily without cardio.

i got best results on clen using it 2 days on 1 day off for 4 weeks. being on clen with no aas its all about diet. clen just gives it a boost when u hit the cardio by keeping the heart rate and body temp higher to burn more.
I've done quite a few clen/t3 cycles. I've ran them both for 2 months straight. Unbelievable results. If you are running clen longer than 2 weeks, you have to run it with ketotifen to up regulate the receptors.
