Heavy structual carpenter. How to retain gains pct?
I'm looking to do a bulk cycle and need some advice.
my stats
age 32
weight 205
11% body fat
Trained 13 years
I have done 4 cycles
ai armidex .5 1-14weeks
cyp 700 mg wk 1-14
bold 600mg wk 1-12
hcg 500 wk 1-14
nolva and clomid
I work 10 to 15 hrs a day 6 to 7 days a week. My tool bags weigh any thing from 50 to 65lbs depending on what I'm building. I know I need to consume large amounts of protein and carbs. should I add something more to my cycle to help build muscle, also do you think I will be able to keep my gains during recovery?

I think your cycle is plenty enough to make anyone gain muscle. PCT is really weak though.
When going into pct and you want to retain your mass keep in mind all that you lose when coming off of the cycle. It adds up to a hell of a lot more then just recovery of the hpta.
I would like to go into detail but I need to get a better feel for the sponsors of this forum, and other info. I like to respect the forums I am posting on.
Just think about what you lose when you come off
nutrition retention
better blood volume and higher red blood cell count
enhanced aggression and stamina
higher hormone levels
better feeling of well being
Think of all of this and try to find ways to help get this back well in pct. Doing this can go a long way in helping you to keep your gains.
