    pct???

I work 10 to 15 hrs a day 6 to 7 days a week. My tool bags weigh any thing from 50 to 65lbs depending on what I'm building. I know I need to consume large amounts of protein and carbs. should I add something more to my cycle to help build muscle, also will I be able to keep my gains during recovery?

    my stats
    age 32
    weight 205
    11% body fat
    Trained 13 years
    I have done 4 cycles
    ai armidex .5 1-14weeks
    cyp 700 mg wk 1-14
    bold 600mg wk 1-12
    hcg 500 wk 1-14
    nolva and clomid

Hcg, Nolva, Clomid... pretty much have it down. Could add things like BC+EAA's, Creatine, ect~ but as far as drugs go you look to be ok.

everything looks good cycle wise. if u are going for more mass and strenght u could add an oral as well for 4-6weeks like dbol. u should be able to keep most of ur gains after pct if u run it correctly. remember during pct to keep calories up and try to train just as hard to prevent loss. creatine and vitamin c during pct.

Sorry ment to get to you post. Your cycle is pretty basic – but why are you running a PCT overload? Are you that acceptable to gyno? Estrogen in males is as important testosterone, but at the correct levels. Estrogen vital for bones maturation and maintenance, when levels become to low you’ll have problems with dry joints. Fertility is another critical role, low levels can make you infertile, have an effect on your sexual interest and loss of your libido.

So if I where you I’d use Arimidex (.5mg-1mg/day) on cycle as an AI (aromatase inhibitor) to counter high levels of estrogen and Nolva (20-40mg/day) as a SERM (selective estrogen receptor modulators) for PCT to block receptors and assist in restoring natural test production.

One of my favorite cycles was...
    Test 400mg/E3D
    Deca/Eq 400mg/E3D

I'm not receptive to gyno at all. Yes i have had itchy nipples never gyno. The only thing I have ever done for pct was clomid 50 mgs ed for two weeks. I don't want to loose all my gains. And i added deca to this cycle 400 mg wk 1-14

Only you know your body and PCT overload is just as bad as not enough...
Clomid in my opinion sucks ass... make feel like whinny bitch (just like Nash on "The Longest Yard") I would run you PCT like this...

Wks 1-18 Arimidex 0.5mg/day increase 1mg/day it need be
    Wk 16 Novdex 40mg/day
    Wk 17 Novdex 30mg/day
    Wk 18 Novdex 20mg/day

Looks fine but there is no need for two different SERM's. Drop the Nolva in PCT and just run the Clomid with a very low dose AI. You can control E2 with the AI which will make recovery easier.
