Does Primo register as Testosterone in Blood Tests?
I just want to confirm what a wise member of this forum PMed me because I'm not sure if I read it correctly. If I don't pin Test C for a week, but pin Primo (300ml) a few days before the blood test, does it show-up as testosterone?

Yes, a variant of it. It's a DHT.
You need at least two weeks for those esters to clear, your plan is set to fail.

What is the actual date of said test?
The blood test is on Monday, four days from now. I have no need to try and beat the test, so it's not a matter of failing. I have a script for the Test C from my HRT Doc, but haven't told him I started pinning Primo about five weeks ago. 250 ml twice weekly. I don't want him to shit when he sees my Testosterone numbers, so maybe I'd better tell him in advance.
I pinned 210 ml Test C and 100ml Deca on Sunday morn (both prescribed). Last time I pinned Primo was last Thursday, six days ago, 200 ml. I had planned to pin 300ml Primo today but haven't done it. (I was averaging 500ml Primo weekly) So . . . was thinking of skipping my 210ml Test C on Sunday, anticipating the Monday blood tests. I don't want my HRT Doc cutting back the Test C, but I think I'll risk being right up front with him and tell him what's going on. In my experience, lying to Doctors and cops is usually a bad choice.

The way I see it you've got two choices....
1. Tell him the truth, then that information goes into your file and can be obtained on the MIB. Which means if you sign a HIPPA release, ANYONE GETS ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION.
2. Tell him you accidently mis-calculated your injection and did too much. You will have to re-test at another time.
I agree the last thing you need is having someone drop your dose.

Your call.
You are fucking brilliant, pal. Seriously. The devil is in the details, and you just reminded me of a very important detail. No wonder you're a Mod. Thanks

You guys who are moderators, people really do write that sort of stuff to you? Why, because they disagree, or because they have problems with authority figures?

Update: I got blood tests postponed from Monday to a week from Friday, 12 days from last Test injection, 15 days from last Primo. So, if I don't pin Test C on Sunday, only the Deca, Test levels should be down to an "acceptable' level, judging from what I've learned here. Not looking forward to missing my pin days, but thanks much.

Who knows. Most people are pretty cool with me, I am pretty laid back.
It is easy to talk shit and dog people over the internet though.

How did your numbers come out? Very interested for my own research as middle-age, self-help proponent!!
Thanks,
Sd
The numbers came back at an acceptable level, as I recollect. (This was six months ago.) My HRT doc still has me on a full and steady course, and I love it. The advice I have gotten here has been beyond helpful, and usually right on the mark. Thanks to the pros and mods for that. If you, too, are over forty, I would urge you to do all the research available, then jump in with both feet and testicles.
Just for future reference, you're not pinning 250ml of anything. That would take a long time. You're pinning 250mg. It's mg/ml. That is, 250mg/ml if that's the strength, etc.

So basically, laying off injects for a week and a half to two weeks got you in range? Were you using any anti-e? Hcg?

Actually, Big Bird was quite right to point-out my f-up. In an exacting world of meds, particularly on the Internet, where some uniformed person could go away with dangerous misinformation, it was the right thing to do. Thanks. Re: my HRT meds, my doc has me on anastrozole, three capsules a week. Again, it has been six months but, as I recollect, stopping everything but the anastrozole for two weeks dropped my free testosterone to around 600 ngl, which is acceptable for a guy my age who is prescribed HRT. My doc wants to keep it between 600-1000.

No offense to Big Bird as of course he's right. Been a shitty week. I was just bustin'.
