How about first she tries her hand, err body, in weight lifting! IMHO, no girl, or guy for that matter, should use any steroidal substance until they have a few years under their belt.

I'm no expert on anything, however I personally know that these compounds do work in a safe manner if dosed correctly and allow females some valid options for changes in protocol.

HGH ( a sure thing 99% of the time )

Primobolan a safe bet at 25 to 50 mg 2Xwk

Anavar dose vary depend'n on the person 10mg t0 25mg ED pretty normal range

NPP much smarter deca based choice for woman because of short ester 25 to as high as 75 mg 2Xwk

Winstrol kinda weird either females do really well or really wack. 5mg to 15mg ED

Deca some women love it at 25mg 2Xwk

None of this is written in the bible or nothin, but I've seen these used with really good results.

On another note, I don't think it's as taboo as it may have been maybe 15 years ago to find women on juice. As I think about it I know quite a few myself.

For a first timer, first make sure SHE (not you) does her research. Most any AAS will produce an increased sensitivity "down there" (since all you guys are fixating on the sexual aspect of it). BUT she will also be experiencing a pile of potential sides due to the fact the she's still planning to self-medicate w/ male hormones. Read everything in sight. Google "anavar women" and read the forums. Also read the steroid profiles for anavar. For someone who just recently heard of steroids, I do NOT recommend an injectable cycle and would only suggest anavar, if anything at all.

ALL of this assumes she eats and lifts balls to the wall. I don't care of she "eats clean" - if she isn't already lean, then she's going to find she may end up more "thick" than lean or whatever image people have of a "fitness chick". Its also a waste if she isn't lifting hard and eating accordingly. Also no booze or additional shit that will stress her system while she's cycling.

The associated sides she can expect w/ anavar are;
- interrupted period
- potential water retention
- acne / oily skn
- some women have reported nose bleeds

Also need to include some support supps:
- acidophilus - any AAS has the potential to promote yeast infections. (Then you're off to the doc for a round of antibiotics, which is just more stress on your liver)
- liver support
- many people also suggest using creatine as it works synergistically w/ anavar

I think we've repeated this many times on this forum - see juggernaut's thread about "WOMEN ONLY question about cycles" (or however it is called).

I don't recommend getting into primo or winstrol as they are much more androgenic than anavar, and again, for someoen w/ no clue, they need to be very informed on the hormone changes they would expect. Anavar is the most predictable and mildest of the AAS out there and primo & winstrol have a much higher potential for androgenic sides - I'd rather see her at least experienced w/ anavar before getting into the more aggressive stuff. If you don't like the sides, you can't pick and choose what you want, and both of these have a longer time in the system before they clear, and you have to live w/ the sides until then (ref: detection time).

RE: hGH - typical dose for women is 1-2 iu / day. Start at 1 iu and work up - initially can cause some water retention and potential for wrist pain.

you would be surprised at the dosages woman really run. first hand knowledge. ive seen woman use drol 50mg ed. but for being politically correct 5mg var eod.

Hardly. The halflife on oxandrolone is about ten hours. Dosing EOD would barely do a thing.

^^^^^^^it was being a smartass , joke. you think me of all people would think 5mg eod would be the right dose. remember i like high doses. my sister is a elite power lifter. she takes anadrol and d-bol, and stuff. var would do nothing for her. so i got a feel for extreme dosages and whats right dosages.
