That was nice. The second part was good as well. It's always nice hearing from folks who have actually used gear (in a responsible manner) as opposed to what is thrown out there in the media.

I'm benefiting a lot from checking out this forum and I plan on running my first cycle around September after doing some more studying and checking out a few books on the subject.

What a great series this is turning into! I also appreciate hearing that 150mg of test a week produced too many red blood cells and that he had to cut down. My husbanfd is on 150mg a week and has seen profound gains from this level - and HE has to donate blood to keep his red blood count down.

I very much look forward to future episodes.
