Hi i injected 2ml total of primobolan and sus 250 into each thigh i checked for blood and it was clear this is only my second injection of sus the last was in the glutes and it was sore for about 4 days. My legs are very painfull to bend and i cant even think about training any advise would be appreciated
LOL come on bro, you can jump on my wagon ^_^ I am on prop atm and the injection site is sore for about 4 days. feels like a mean charlie horse...ahahahahah...I did rt glute day 1, lt glute day 2, rt quad day 3, lt quad day 4, and today I will do right glute again. rt glute just got over the prop pain yesterday. There is no way I could've rotated just glutes. the pain lasts too long. maybe if I banged EOD but I bang ED. Just rotate between 4 injection sites and you will be fine.
Also the pain is a feeling that is there and annoying but you will begin to like it after awhile. If you inject thighs then do it 2 days before you squat or squat right after you inject thighs as the pain only kicks in about 12 hours later. I hope this helps.
You ever use a hot compress and massage the injection site for a bit after? or run a hot shower on it?
You find that helps at all?
I just started massaging (after you recommended it 2 days ago), though I am not sure if it does anything or not. I have not tryed compresses but I might. I bang in the morning usually and the pain only kicks in towards the night time. It is much more pronounced the next morning and the day after that.

Why are you not cutting it? What you're going through can easily be avoided.
