    First post/ first cycle

    Hey guys,
So i got sust 250 and plan on doing 250mg/week for 8 weeks with my usual diet of high protein, moderate carbs, and low fat. What im looking for is to gain a decent amount of muscle weight and hopefully drop some bf. A friend of mine told me to get some d-bol and run it halfway through my cycle and continue it after im done with the sust until i start my second cycle. Is that good advice? Also how long should i wait between cycles to start my second one? Sorry for the amateur questions, i appreciate the help.

You want to use dbol as a kick start, sus has 4 testosterone compounds.

Depending on how harsh your cycle is, its usually time on + PCT = time off.

If you don't know what PCT is best for you, I recommend waiting on cycling.

    no.

You won't be able to recover if you continue using dbol.

Do you only have enough sustanon to run 8 weeks ? I would consider at least 10.

Do you have an aromatase inhibitor ?

I have 10ml so that's enough for 10 weeks. No I don't have an aromatising inhibitor. Which do you recommend?
