certain sites say 250mg, some 500mg and some say every other day to allow sust to be effective.
Which is it?
and if every other day, how much each time?

i think you could wait till your 25 but iam not preaching no more it dont work. ok try this, 250mg mon and 250mg thursday, total 500mg a wk. add a little d-bol if u want say 20mg ed. good luck.

If this is your first cycle, I don't think sus is your best option. It contains 4 diff esters and your body may not agree with them.

This is my first cycle however im 4 jabs in already.
I did 250mg/week for week 1 and 2.
I increased my dose to 500mg/week on my week 3. Tomorrow is my first jab of week 4.



My point is don't you think that you should have done some research BEFORE starting to inject who knows what into your body? What does your PCT look like? Are you running an A/I? How long is your cycle? Not trying to be a dick but your question is vague at best. You're setting yourself up for failure.

PCT is Nolva at 60,50,40,20 mg for 4 weeks starting 10 days after my last injection.

personally i m not bit fun of sus now sustanon is mistakenly thought of as a "slow steady" form of test. In reality, the added short esters make it much more uneven next to TE. Enanthate and Decanoate already peak 24-48 hours post injection. Adding in propionate to this only exaggerates the early testosterone peak.
You get a lot more testosterone during week one than you do two, three, and four, with Sustanon. Testo Enan all around seems like a better choice; more even release, more comfort and cheaper price compared to sus![]()
OP, I would advise that you slow your roll a little bit & take unclem, C-T, & pyes' advice. @ 21 your body is still producing a large amount of natural test. What's the rush?
