    its not real HGH it's a GH releaser basically a formulation of amino acids which may or may not increase your body natural GH output. real HGH is made from amino acids and has to be injected subcutaneously.

    you can increase your bodies natural GH output by training at high levels of intensity with weights for no longer than 60-80 minutes and by performing high intensity cardio like HIIT or Max-OT
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    as LAM stated it is in theory supposed to induce your body to increase production of your natural GH
