w/e I can get from wall mart or vitamin shoppe for cheap.

Tyler's or Liv52. Both have been scientifically proven to lower liver enzymes.

i like drinking enough water until my urine is clear about 3 gallons a day.. and yes i have blood work done at the very least 4 times a year and everything is perfect, well test is a little high lol..

any milk thistle will do.

as the liver protector/detoxifier Ridutox 600mg/4ml Glutatione its top notch nothing to do with silmarin or liv52
