personaly for a first cycle i would leave out the dbol.. and i wouldnt run the armidex with that test c either. and for pct i would run nolva 40/40/30/20 with zink and 3/5gms trib. two weeks after last injection.. just my .02
Unless u have run dbol before then perfectly ok IMO if u have not I still say have an oral kickstart but u shud make it one that u r familiar with reason being is that you want to be able to differentiate between the test and the oral as far as sides are concerned.
As above AI on hand don't run unless u need if u run dbol u may find u need during oral phase and can drop after. First run is a learning process theres not set rules we all have different genetic and react somewhat differently.
However I like the fact that you are taking your time and doing lots of research, ill take a look at the link tom, viewing from my phone right now.

Actually just noticed 15% bf IMO def not Dbol, is be looking to recompense so for kickoff superdrol, tren a non aromatizing compoud, less toxic option tbol Mdrol
Thanks for the help. I have a lot of time. My goal right now is to learn, nothing more. A lot of foreign language at the moment, and I need to familiarize myself with it. When it comes to my health, I jump into nothing. I am making an agenda to be ready anywhere from Feb-Mar of next year. It will be a really early birthday present.
As stated above, get the BF a little lower. I kicked off cycle at around 14% and my only regret is I wish I had gone a little lower so I could have gone more crazy with the bulking. As it is I had to be pretty careful.
I recommend the standard first cycle of:
Test E/C @ 500mg EW (2 pins of 250mg/ml 3 1/2 days apart)
Dbol 4 week oral kicker, but only if you want to. I love Dbol, but you would get great results without too.
PCT Clomid started 12 days after last pin, and keep some nolva on hand for Gyno just in case.
This is my main reason for waiting so long. I want to see how much self control I really have. I feel it will be a reward to myself to get to the 10% bf area. Who knows, maybe I would be happy at 10% bf(NAH).

^pretty much what he said. Love me some d-bol, too. Makes me feel fantastic. Clomid for sure-dump the nolva.
There is just something to be said about watching all your lifts go up by 20-30lbs in a few days lol. So much fun. I look forward to that more than anything my next cycle. I was actually sad when my 4 weeks was up and I had to stop!

I just finished cycle. My bench went up just shy of 50lbs and my squat about 65. I am in PCT now, so I dont know how much of it I can keep, but woo woo, good times.

I dont want to say it, cause my squat is all homo, but I am benching around 360 now. No superman, but Im happy with it at 210lbs. I will just say that my squat really isnt too much more lol.
your bench is awesome. My bench is homo but I love my squats. I no longer care about progress with bench, I just want to see killer squats. 500+ or bust right!!!

Thats a good squat, how far down do you go? Would it be considered regulation ? Don't give up on bench, it will come. A good bench.comes from strong lats/back S much as anything and ur squats will strengthen ur core which will allow for.better bench, stick with it
I go below parallel. I posted quite a few videos some time back making sure my form was on point. As far as regulation I havent a clue. My legs and back seem to be my favorite muscles to work out. I know the chest will get there. I bench about 265 but it seems to take forever to add any more weight.

I am only 5'8" and go maybe an inch above the parallel bars. I get low, but i use a wide stance. It seems to put a little less stress on my knees. My left knee gets funky when I do closer squats or leg presses.
wow bro you jumped in and got excepted im a little worried ill get riped a new one here but im new too kinda did what you did but im now on cycle. love it so far 223lbs bf? not much im a hard gainer was 185lbs, bench is 365 max. diet is all white meat and vegies 2-3 shakes a day ha ha im jumping in too sorry good luck bro

Wow is all I can say. I had no idea people actually followed the bbq section of mine. I truly feel honored. I will post more of that good stuff and I even have a few recipes that are a cutters dream. I am planning on cutting really hard to 190-195lbs and if I can hit that I think I will reward myself with the good stuff. If not, I do not deserve it. I put on a few pounds because I kept going back and forth from cutting and strength. I figure I will cut now and add the strength later, just not naturally. Thanks J, I appreciate it.
