    how long is too long?

ive heard of cycles anywhere from 10-20 weeks maybe longer.just wondering what you guys think is too long for say to run test or just any cycle containing anabolics for that matter. personally never ran anything past 12 weeks. health wise or considering how long the typical body takes to recover. in your opinions, what is the minimum , and maximum length of an anabolic cycle?

I'm not seeing much in gains after 8 weeks, and recovery is easier. Liking shorter these days myself.

Depends on what compounds you are using and what you want to accomplish.

I know of a few heavy hitters who are on Test E & almost never cycle off. This is by no means a reccomendation on my part, I'm just sayin.

It's different for everyone. MOST people who are bulking will see a drop off in gains at week 8 unless they add an oral, then an additional 4 weeks would apply.

It's VERY difficult for an individual to train "redline" for 12 weeks anyhow.

Personally, 8 weeks is the max. for me, any more is a wasted effort.

Even for something as slow acting as EQ, Chocolate?
