1-200 mgs a week is fine for hrt.You would ,however,not want to do these amounts for a cycle.It makes no sense to shut down your natural production to only replace it with that same amount.If you do your looking at no more gains than you could get by training and dieting better,with the added pain of going through pct.If for a first cycle you're not willing to go 4-600 mgs ew of test c or e for 10weeks then I don't think you are ready to use gear.
