Heavy your T levels at 200 mg/w are low as you say probably at least partially due to conversion to estrogen but also likely due to high metabolism rate. You have used high doses over the years and also recently. Your body functionalizes the steroid molecules to make them more polar for excretion. Those process activities are higher in high dose users. Most of the TRT guys I know are over the top with 200 mg/w. I consistently test at 2x the top of normal range at my trough at 200 mg/w with a little AI.
With a low dose AI I will test higher Total T for sure. I purposely went in without the AI so I can get on an every 5 day injection schedule. =)
I also carry extra bodyfat right now so my aromatization is likely a little bit higher. My labs were 7.5 days after my last inject so my levels were in decline during the draw. Most guys on TRT get labs earlier than that but again I am working on getting a higher dose script/more frequent injection schedule.
