    Pre-existing gyno?

So I've read about what to do if someone has symptoms of it during/after a cycle, but what about in a case where they've always had it? Is surgery the best option for them?

Most likely you will need surgery but you might want to try Letro treatment for a few weeks. 2.5mg daily.

I agree with heavy. Google how to cure gyno. Lots of good stuff with Letro there.

Take Heavy's advice, I would try every option out there before I put myself under the knife. Hopefully ROID will chime in here as he's battled w/gyno before.

You could run letro. Taper up to 2.5mg max and follow it with nolvadex. More than likely you'll need surgery for pubertal gyno though

I used 1.25mg m/w/f and it worked for me. the gyno reduced by over 50% but there are still small lumps. It took several weeks for the letro to take effect. probably be wiser to use 2.5 mg ED.

Surgery is on the books for me in the future

    Letro

Heavy is right on as usual. I did a so called gyno reversal protocol once a while back when I was concerned and it said to start at 2.5 mgs per day for a week and then half for a week. My lump reduced significantly and I had sore joints. My knees hurt, elbows, etc and the low sex drive is a given. I cannot conclusively contribute my lump(right side under nip)to steroid use. I have had it for years and is not noticable at all. It flared up one time while on cycle and thats why I took those drastic measures. Some 14 or so years ago I even had a mamiogram and they said it was nothing to worry about and ofcourse I said nothing about steroids and they never brought it up either. This may be whats called pre pubesent gynomastia. I guess it happens but I'm like you. I know it's there and I'm always aware of it. Even though it doesnt show, it bothers me. Letro is VERY powerful and I would suggest you find the protocol I mentioned and follow it. Also I use pharm grade letro as I feel much more confidence in the tablets over liquids.
