    Cycle, AI, and PCT advice

A couple of years ago I did T-bol only 20 mg/day for 3 months with good gains

Last year I did Tren/Mast/Winni first injectable cycle for 14 weeks I think.
Great gains but dumb as fuck dosing and no direction.

Recently did a Cyp/Eq cycle for 12 weeks. A little disappointed but I think at 250mg every 5 days I should have gone every three days. Plus the guy who sold it had me taper off of it for a long time. I'm 4 weeks off cycle currently. Also my shoulder was giving me problems I couldn't train the way I like.

I have some shoulder issues so I want to go with Test/Deca/Masteron next. (I heard Deca is good for the joints)

Here's what I'm thinking for my next cycle.

    500mg week Test
    200mg week Deca
    200mg week Masteron
    (Open to modifying all)

Level doses for 10 weeks then PCT.

I've never used an AI or PCT so I need to get some education before my next cycle. The Mast should take care of the AI I'm thinking. Lots of confusion there but I'm thinking Nolvadex and HCG for PCT.

I'm 46, 6 foot, 220 lbs, and I struggle to get under 25% bodyfat. I think with my age and bodyfat % I may have too much estrogen I really struggle with the weight.

I run some, and I'm planning on running a 1/2 marathon in December, so I'm not looking to put on 20 pounds....Would love to swap out 30 lbs fat for 15 muscle though.

Great site! Thanks for the feedback.

Personally, I would REALLY work on the diet part of your plan.

This is the order of importance when it comes to AAS use:

    1. Diet
    2. Diet
    3. Diet
    4. Training
    5. Cardio

and then AAS - IN THAT ORDER.

Diet is the key to everything, with you being at your current BF % your gains will be a combination of muscle and more body fat, and after reading your post this is not what you want.

Why not think outside the box and look at a cycle designed to help you lose body fat and preserve muscle?

You can probably try an ECA stack to drop some of the weight, but yes, Diet is the key to everything. It is the hardest thing. It is even harder than waking up at 5am to do cardio before breakfast!!! I know that is not what you wanted to hear but it is the truth and we would not steer you in the wrong direction.
