What program are you going to go into for PCT or are you staying with a 5x5 approach? I am lowering volume and increasing intensity during my pct.
I thought It would be better to lift heavier on cycle while strength is through the roof. What's the upside of going heavy in PCT?

Helps keep the gains you've made. Generally people do volume on cycle and heavy p-c.

On another note I got a really bad lower back pump today, now I know what you were talking about kleen. I think mine was due to the fact I've gone back to a keto diet and hadn't had any carbs. Thats the only thing different from before.
