    mass buliding cycle

    Hey guys,
    my name is Alan and I'm new here. looking to get some advise from you guys. I have been working out for over two years. I'm 6 feet tall, 205 pounds, with 14% bf. I have already took a cycle of dbools by itself last year, which I havent seen good results from it. also, I took another cycle of test enanthate by itself, my strength level went up but didn't really get any size. I'm looking forward to take another cycle. to put some more size on my upper body.especially shoulders and arms. what do you guys suggest??

    Alan I dont understand why you wouldnt get good results with a test E cycle. Perhaps you could explain more about your cycle, doses, length etc as it would give me a better idea of what you did or didnt do. Normally with a good diet and strong work out ethics a person would do well with such a cycle assuming you had quality gear. Go into more depth and I will try to help. As for d-bol by itself it's not a good idea. Since you are new we will try to get to the bottom of this and get you going.

    I took test E about 1 cm cube every 5 days for 50 days. I generally workout very hard. I go to the gym 5 days a week for about one hour each time.

    Alan, you should always use some test of some sort when you run dbols.. I have run this cycle a few times. Stacking test p or test e with dbols has always done me right.

    Whats your training like? How many times a week to you workout.. Need to go heavy as possible. Increase your protien intake and eat and eat..

    I would interpret his dosage (from his post) as 1cc (cm cube)

    Mg's per cc unknown, he will need to clarify that.

    Sorry guys, my mistake. I meant 1cc. And it was 250 mg per cc. I do train as heavy and as hard as I can, but I do 4 sets of each exercise usually going from 10-8-6-4 in a pyramid, going from light to heaviest that I can barley do 4 on the last set

    You should really be at 500mg per week to see a good gain.

    I eat mainly 3 times a day, good meals. I take a isolate whey shake in the morning, another one after my workout. Also, I take caisein proten shake before I go to bed

    I'm guessing his diet is the main problem. For instance Alan if your maintenance calories, that is the Kcals you consume while neither gaining nor loosing weight is 3200 then you need to increase it by at least 500 kcals to gain mass and at least 60% of that should be protein. Get at least 200 grams of protein every day. Measure it out so you can tirate in the right macronutrients you need to gain.

    Also your previous cycles were short and lower on the dose end. Then again my fieat cycle was 200 mg of deca every 5 days and 20 mg of dianabol a day and I gained 25 lbs. You might try using a little more for a longer time.

    1-10 Test E 400 mg
    4-10 Turanabol 30 mg/d
    1-10 0.5 mg adex 0.5 mg every other day.

    bro even when I was younger and took nothing I ate more.

    The key to making gains and for that matter making anabolics work you need food food food.

    Example.

    Breakfast 4 - 5 eggs, whole meal toast or oatmeal.

    Snack - protein shake with banana or oatmeal

    lunch - chicken and ric or a chicken/tuna/beef patty roll with salad x 2. Or

    snack - protein shake with banana/oatmeal

    Pre workout sups

    post workout sups

    Dinner, chicken, beef, fish, with veg and rice.

    Before bed - long lasting whey drink.


    You see my point champ?

    If you ate like that while using even dbol cycle you should see gains of some sort, then use a good PCT also.

    Be sure your workouts are good, eat good and you will gain.

    Guys, while we're on the cycle talk, is it true... in anyone's experience, that your second cycle is one where you would tend to see bigger gains than the first cycle?

    IMO it's because most people learn something (most). I just came off 'recomp' cycle. I didn't really diet hard enough to cut much or eat enough to gain much, but still had decent gains in lean mass and cut BF. But you can bet your ass the next cycle will be way better.
