I`m not sure if this is the right section for this question. It`s more of a "which anabolic, if any" than an injury question.
My left shoulder was dislocated a long time ago and has dropped out several times on it`s own. It is lagging behind my right in terms of size and strength. My question is, is there an anabolic that works for a specific site? Can I inject anything to my left shoulder that will dirsctly help IT? As far as I know there isn`t but there are a lot more knowledgable people here so I thought I`d ask.

Really good question, I hope someone has an answer.
i don't see anything wrong with injecting in the damaged shoulder. your are just injecting roids in the muscle.not the tendons or joints. it seems like you tore a rotator cuff. be careful when using gear though your strength will go way up and you might injured it again. i would use deca with some test c to keep that joint lube up. i would not run winny, eq, or sus with that shoulder injury.
I'm not sure I buy specific site injects for site growth. If anything you'll experience some localized swelling from the gear that might make the lagging muscle appear bigger/fuller. I doubt this will be very long lasting. If site injects worked for localized growth my ass and quads would be fukkin hyooge!!! lol
