    Deca for recovering from surgery

I am having a calcium deposit scoped from my shoulder, Is taking deca a good idea while doing physical therapy? Should I start before I have the surgery?

It likely will, yes on both counts. You running anything else? Have you before?
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Cool. Stay on the cream, do the deca too if you like, before and after your surgery. You'll heal faster.

    Nope.

What dose is your cream, and how much deca will you run?

Bobber, how many grams of cream do you apply daily, and at what concentration?

There we go, thanks. Your cream is 15% testosterone, so one gram of cream delivers 150mg to the skin. Published pharmacokinetic data for Androgel suggest 10% of the active is absorbed. This would be roughly consistent with your dosing, which delivers through the skin at most 15mg daily or 105mg per week. (Permeation is not linear, and decreases with the concentration of active in the delivery vehicle)

For reference, hubby injects test cyp at 75mg twice a week, for a total of 150mg test cyp, which provides 102mg testosterone, minus the ester. Hubby's levels on this are around 1100 - 1200ng/dL, just above the high end of normal.

You may find you have libido issues with the deca that much higher than your test.
