I take ALA, NAC, and Milk Thistle for my liver support.

That and 1-2 gallons of water/day.

Take Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA). It's the best liver protection out there and it lowers cholesterol.

The sponsor CEM Products carries it. Ursodeoxycholic acid

It's a little expensive but you don't take it everyday. I took two capsules a week...one on Monday and one on Thursday. So a bottle lasts you quite awhile.
