    ^Yep-me too. Low sodium diet can be tough. That shit is in everything. Can't eat any pre-made shit. The key for me is to buy fresh and cook a lot.

    I agree..best thing, buy fresh. Luckily I have a local meat market that carries fresh poultry, fish and produce...hit it a couple times a week..one stop shopping.

    Not only that, but it adds up quickly when seasoning food. Like 1/3 of a tsp of a lot of spices is like 400-600mg of sodium!
