    Dymethazine Journal/log

    Stats:

    Age: 26
    Weight: 164lbs
    Height: ~5'7"
    Body Fat: 10.5%

    Background:
    Been working out regularly for about 4+ years now. Used to be overweight (about 200lbs originally). Dropped the weight in about 6 months of pure cardio....looked sick and skinny...@135lbs. This was about 4 years ago. I started lifting and got up to about 157lbs naturally before I did a cycle of 1-Andro-RX followed by 4 weeks of Recycle earlier this year which got me up to 164-167lbs@11%bf the weight I have been fluctuating around since I got off.

    Note on 1-Andro-RX...that stuff was great...however im prone to acne as it is...and that stuff made me break out BAD! Vitamin b5 to the rescue!

    Current Diet:
    I cut out all Alcohol and sweets about 4 years ago. NO EXCEPTIONS except for cooking. Stevia is my sweetner of choice.

    Meal1:
    2 whole eggs + 4 whites
    Serving of (Steelcut Oats/Quinoa/Amaranth) with Yogurt and Berries

    Meal2:
    1 cup FF cottage cheese + 2tbsp Peanut Butter + 2 sliced of Sprouted Bread

    Meal3:
    1 Pakage Hormel Nitrate Free Cold Cuts + 2 Wasa Crackers

    Meal4:
    2 Scoops ON WHEY + FF Milk + 1/2cup Oats + 2TBSP Peanut Butter

    Meal5:
    Salad (Romaine/Kale/Bellpeppers..etc.) + 5-6oz Chicken Breast + 4-5oz Wild Rice blend or Brown Rice + Cup of Mixed veggies

    Meal6:
    1 Scoop ON WHEY with Yogurt & frozen berries + 2 cups of fruit (apple or grapefruit or peach etc.) +
    1.25 oz mixed Nuts

    Meal7:
    Package of Tuna (4.5oz)

    Workout Drink:
    1 Scoop of ON WHEY

    PostWorkout Drink:
    2 Scoops ON WHEY + 70g Dextrose + Frozen watermelon + FF Milk

    Meal8:
    Salad + 5-6oz Lean beef + 1/2cup Beans

    I will bump the food/calories up as needed.


    Cycle and Supplements:
    Take Gucosamine+MSM, Fish Oil, MultiVitamin,ZMA daily.

    During Cycle:
    DZine (Dymethazine Clone) 4 weeks @ 30mg per day
    Cycle Assist
    Himalaya Liver Care
    Milk Thistle
    Vitamin B5 Powder

    Have Taurine and Nolva on Stanby if needed.

    PCT:
    Nolva 20mg/20mg/10mg/10mg
    Purus Labs Recycle (6 caps/day)
    Vitamin B5 Powder
    and the staples (Creatine, Beta-Alanine, Glutamine)


    Workout:
    Specifics will be put up daily. Will be adding cardio....I have been laying off the cardio for the past few months. Ramping it back up now.

    Overview is as follows.

    Mon: Chest/Shoulders
    Teus: Legs
    Wed: Bicep/Tricep
    Thurs: Back
    Friday: OFF DAY with Cardio (4miles) LUNCH RUN
    Sat: Fasted Cardio (4miles) in the AM, Full Body Workout PM
    Sun: OFF DAY with Fasted Cardio (4 miles) in the AM


    Will take first Dose tomorrow....15mg Dymethazine in the AM with 3gm of B5...followed by Cycle Assist and Liver care + Milk Thistle a few hours later....Repeat process in the PM.

    those pics do you no justice as I do not see a dramatic change. I see little change ,if any. You gave a frontal shot, then 2 side angle shots. I don't mean to be a d!@k bro.

    yeah....took that on a phone...had no way to prop it up. Weight went up though....plan to take some better pics this time got a camera set up now.

    Will post a pics on fridays I guess.....took first dose today...15mg am and 15mg pm plus everything else. Had a minor dull headache that kept comming back during the day which kinda had my temper on edge all day. Had muscle spasms across my forearms all morning but they went away....not sure if it was from the dymethazine or not.

    Decided to switch it up a bit and do Biceps/Triceps today. Each two exercises are supersets.

    Wow...Day 2 and felt like shit all day. Headache definitely from the dymethazine...not really bad...just irritating. Back was slightly hurting all day today...again nothing major...but it was more irritating. Woke up multiple times at night...was hard to fall asleep again, oddly though felt well rested for the most part.

    took 30mg again...AM/PM as before
