    Testogel

    Hi everyone,

    Been taking Testogel for 6 weeks now and have noticed increased energy levels at the gym and quick recovery periods. Question is, if I am recovering quick and feeling as if I can do more weights, running etc and train the same body part every two to three days should I? Or should I have rest?

    My concern is that my motivation and determination are so high, why should I waste it? Besides Im only prescribed testogel for three months and I want to get extreme results.

    Do I need to rest?

    Please advise if you have the knowledge.

    Transdermals suck first off. secondly, you are taking it as a trt (i am assuming) and with trt, you are not getting enough in your system compared to one who injects. This is just bringing your lvl's up to normal. but something is better than nothing right? Just do not expect to see extreme results by thinking you are on steroids.

    To answer your question, yes you are overworking your body parts....I would say only hit a body part 1 time a week, maybe 2 times a week at most. you do not have to rest persay...hit a different bodypart everyday...I usually take wednesdays off and sundays off.

    yeah you won't get to big on that but go to a sponsor on here and get some test, and deca ,injections and D-bol oral and you will get what your looking for
