Brand New to all of this....

Well all of this is new to me and want to make the best decision for my goals and health. I want to get ripped and add a little mass. I do not want to look like a body builder, no offense just looking for a more natural look. What should I take? Where should I buy to know that I am getting the right stuff and ensuring its safety?

    Thanks guys!

More importantly than what drugs you should take, how many calories are you eating? Additionally, what are you stats? Height, weight, age, body fat percentage? With reasonable detail, what's your routine look like?

I'm 5'8, 170lbs, probably 13-15% body fat, I Crossfit, Try to adhere to the caveman diet, havnt been to strict the past couple of months. Couldnt tell you how man calories I eat. At my best, on a very strict caveman diet I was probably 160-165lbs and probably about 10-12% body fat. I would like to weigh 170-175lbs with around 7% body fat...if thats reasonable.

7% BF for a female is EXTREMELY lean. That's like <4% or something on a male..

Btw, try to count up the calories/macros you eat. It's kind of important to know what your maintenance levels is. This way you can more accurately control home many below, or above, maintenance you go.
