I've met a few guys that have done various cycles and as a result they now cannot get an erection. One guy is 18 years old and he could get a fat for an entire year and the doc has told him "that it must be nerves" as if it's a mental issue.
I must admit that these guys are not the sharpest knives in the draw and I'm sure they've fckd up there PCT somehow.
I asked them what they did for PCT and on all seperate occasions their eyes just glazed over and they replied "what's that?" After explaining what PCT is some guys had no idea what it was and another guy told me "oh I just took nolvas."
These guys have messed up for sure but I'm just wondering if there is anything that they can do to get their balls working again. I was thinking some HCG and clomid may do the trick but it's been over a year for these people, is it too little too late?
The 18 yr old who can't get a fat hasn't touched the gear since yet he is still a big strong Mfer, how does he keep his strength and gains?
They may be a bit stupid but they are decent people and if I could give them some good advise that will improve their lives I would.
First of all, you have to realize that at age 18 he has majorly fucked with his hormones..this is a perfect examply of why NOT to use gear before 25. If it's been over a year since he's used gear and he's still having problems I'm not so sure that HCG will effectively get him "back on track". Hopefully somebody with alot more experience than I will chime in here. If he simply can't get an erection, that's one thing. If he's not back at producing normal amounts of natural hormone, that's another. He may have to visit a HRT doc. JMO

MONTH 1: HCG 3000ius M,W,F - HMG 75ius ED - Clomid 50mg ED
It may take several months to get back to baseline but it can be done. Tell him to go see a reproductive endo. or urologist. They are really the only ones who can help.

He was talking about doing another cycle and to be honest I can't blame him as the docs haven't helped him out. Should he recover first before hitting the gear again or could he get away with using these drugs for his next PCT?
I'm just curious as I'm just not sure that I can talk him out of hitting the test again.

I like the idea of seeing a specialist. Might as well go in and deal with this, and try to get things back on track now. I have a sports specialist as a physician, and he gives me good referrals to docs with similar backgrounds for injury issues and such. if I was to have a similar problem, I'd go in immediately and try to find the best solution possible. Hope things get better for him.

As far as I'm concerned, this makes the most sense. Hell, think back to when you were 18...do you EVER remember not being able to get it up??? That in itself would be weighing heavily on my mind. If it were me, I would want to "fix" the problem first...THEN think about doing a cycle again with proper PCT etc...just my 02
Clomid treatment is usually pretty successful for natty restoration. I would try 4 weeks of Clomid and maybe throw an AI in there towards the end to control E2.

I don't know. If it were me, I would at least see several Dr.'s before giving up, but if they aren't really going to be able to help then I guess he is just really delaying the inevitable? HRT.
