    pinning in other spots other then glutes

    pinning in other spots other then your glutes. Where and does it hurt ? i'm going to start my next cycle and i will have to ping 4 times a week so i need to know the best place to do so. I will do my glutes 2 times a week. i was thinking my thigh i have the site for the injections. just want to hear from someone who has done it in other spots,, Thank you.

    I switch up at every pin. Thighs,Glutes,Biceps and etc... If you pin in the same area you will build up scar tissue. I noticed this when I first started pinning. The more I pinned in the same spot the harder it was the next time to pin there again. Scare tissue was starting to build up.

    Couple thoughts:

    - rub your injection site post injection - regularly foam roll or knead it to keep the scar tissue down
    - don't decide you need to rotate to a new place and hit your calf. That always seems to be the horror story injection site.

    I use about 3 different spots on the calves, maybe 4 in the quads, 2 in the pecs and deltoids.

    good idea to look at some maps of the circulatory system before jabbing yourself everywhere. there's some veins and arteries you don't really want to inject directly into.
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    yeah i like the glutes thats why i only used them before but this cycle i got shorter esters so I got to learn

    I like the outside of the quads so I can see what the fuck I'm doing! I don't think it hurts at all.
