Yeah it is a physcological thing right now. But take advantage of it! The more you "feel" the harder you will hit the gym and the kitchen which will make you grow.

LOL i felt is was placebo, but damn I love it and i'm an animal every night in the gym like fuck if its placebo it's crazy because it literally feels like power is running through my body, i know that sounds lame but its g2g. The biggest increases I have seen in the matter of a week are bench, squats, and deadlifts. i workout alone so that sucks at times not having a spotter but i always sucked at bench maxing out at 185 three times, but seriously i'm moving 205 with little problem on second day of cycle, so either i was mentally holding myself back because of no spotter and now i have 'liquid courage' per say or its already kicking in.

Placebo my .02 I was once told by a wiseman lifter that if you feel good the day you go into the gym, gice it hell....work out hard....give it all ya got...because you're going to have those other days when you're dragggggggggggin' just to get through it. Gear helps reduce the drag days but in my experience, you'll still have a bad day here in there even on the gear.
