If you "may" be going on TRT in the future, then yes PCT. Of course. Because what if you end up NOT going on TRT?

If you do get on TRT though, you will always have synthetic test so a PCT would not be necessary.

if on trt no pct is neccessary as your weekly or bi weekly injections of trt will keep your lvl's at ''normal''.

if you are on TRT or hrt then there is no need for PCT because you are never in a post cycle situation.

thanks for the replys, so if im having to stay on a dose of test to replace my natural level i shouldnt need to follow a pct as normal after a cycle? As has been said it will be being replaced on a weekly basis by a shot of test. Thanks for your help i just wanted to get it clear in my head. Hate getting older lol.

You will not need PCT if you are always on cycle and dont stop. You may want the doc to prescribe some arimidex to have on hand if you start showing signs of estrogen problems (bloating, water retention, sensitive nipples ect..) I have taken as much as 300 weekley getting everything adjusted and didnt have to take arimidex or any other anti-aromatize or estrogen receptor meds, but I was getting a little fuzzy feeling in the nips. I talked to my doc and he went ahead and prescribe me the arimidex incase I started having any puffiness or tenderness in the nips. I have noticed that about 6 beers or more you will have puffy tender nips while on trt and if you are going to drink alcohol very often you probably better have something on hand.

If you want to stimulate natty production you can run some HCG while on your HRT dose. This will fill out your testes a bit. Some guys like to do this as it will likely increase libido some, but it is not needed since you probably can only output a little natty T anyway.

I run 500iu HCG twice weekly in order to do this. You can run the HCG for a few months and then drop it if you want.

You can just blast and cruise but some of us TRT guys use hCG to keep the testes feeling right. I usually do 500 iu 2x/w like heavy. th4en take 2-4 weeks off of it. A couple times a year I go off for a month or so to sort of clean out. TRT can make your red blood cells get to high and some other health markers get a little out of whack. So I choose to get off everything for 1-2 months here and there rather than play the ancillary game trying to get stuff squared away. Blood donation is one way to drop the RBCs back into the normal range but can make you iron deficient. Also to many donations and my platelets get a little low. So I just take a little time off, not worry to much about being a little test deficient temporarily and when I get back on treatment or a blast I respond nice. When I take a little time off sometimes I'll use a little Nolvadex to protect against rebound gyno and maybe stimulate the pituitary and hypothalamus a little.
