    supplements while on AAS

    what changes do you guys make to your supplement routines when you go on cycle (just test)?

    I use very basic supplements, so not much. Whey, creatine, fish oil and a multi-vitamin. Sometimes Taurine if I get back pumps, but not generally a problem with test only.

    Yeah. I used to use dozens of different supps.

    Now, I stick with a multi, fish oil, NAC, and ALA. I don't really run orals, but IF I do, I might add some Liv52 into the mix.

    Outside of normal support supps for the cycle I only take multi, creatine, Fish oil, protein and BCAA if doing cardio on empty stomach in morning.

    Yep-I didn't include A/I and Hcg and such

    x2 plus L-arginine so not much i take the protein up 50 to 75 more Grams on cycle

    depends on what im running, but one thing i normally change is a drop the preworkouts and switch to bulk powders to make a stim free preworkout

    fishoil creatine whey ala, nac, gse, cla and egcg (as of now)
