    New Strength

Been on pct for a month now during cycle I hit 223 but averaged 215-218 mostly now Im at 209.I went to the bowling ally the other day where their is a knockout machine, measures lbs per sq.in. Well I broke the record there hittin 952 before I was in lower 900 while on. Im guessing the weight drop help increase speed in my punch which apparently aids strength. Pretty happy about my local title now. Im a celeb at the bar section in the bowling alley.LOl

You better be drinking mgd 64...ahhaha

Those machines are all angle. Mike tyson has an 800 lb per sq inch punch. there is no way you are hitting harder than mike tyson, therefore, it is all angle.

Even though its all angle, throw it in everyone's face and rep that shit. Hell, get 952 tattooed on your arm. Maybe you can get some extra free beers! Be Proud!

I get high 900's too, but I cannot trust it as it is all angle and follow through. those machines are not calibrated right.

Another bowling alley in my area has the same machine the record is 947 but the problem is the bag is reasonable deflated so I said fuck it anyways averaged 920-930 with a semi inflated bag .Im sure the 947 was done when the bag was still pumped next time I go I will bring a small pump in case they dont want to fix it. I love tren and test. Cant wait to do it again.
