    Always want to sleep in

    When ever on the gear i cant seem to get up early in the morning and I always want to sleep in... Am i just lazy!!

    How do i overcome this? it really interfers

    M is right, you are working out harder than you ever had and while on gear, you should get as much sleep as your body will allow. If you have a job, then go to bed earlier. If not, sleep in.

    Also make sure your getting enough calories to keep up with the extra training w/gear use. Not having the proper diet to back all of this up will also make you tired.

    I have the same problem mate, the wife works nights and i look after the kids, youngest is only 9mths so i dont get alot of sleep myself, im tired all day and its hard to put in the time to lift and eat, as for sleep as above if you can get as much as you can.

    damn..I'm just the opposite. 5 hrs is about my limit. I know I should be gettin more but come 4:30 I'm awake and go all day till 'bout 11 pm. Wish I could sleep more.

    dosing is quite low this time but even on high dose same thing.
    With my workload i dont get to work out until 8pm so after a quick shot of black powder, a workout and eating several times im not asleep till 1.30-3am then cant get up before 10-11 but want to get up atleast 7-8 but just cant push myself to do it and im wasting valuable time and growing meals!!!!!
