I am looking at starting my first cycle, but it won't be for just a little bit of time still.
My stats so you can poke fun
5'8"
210 lbs
a guesstimate of 15-18%bf
Followed the BGB routine for the last two years and I think I am about to mix it up a little to focus on the parts that haven't developed as much, but I won't stray too far because i like the 4 day splits and hitting all body parts twice a week.
I am still cutting hard to bring it closer to 200. I have followed many threads and feel for my first time I would like to do a cycle with training wheels.
Looking for recommendations if you don't mind. Test cyp comes to mind.

Okay, you might not want to hear this, but you're still a tad juicy. You at all worried about gyno?
My goal is to get less juicy. I am thinking 195-200 before I even pin myself. Just would like to gather all the information possible to compile a game plan.
Is nolva a good option for gyno? I am still new to all of this, but taking it slow.
What about nut shrinkage? Anything else I should be worried about or look into?
Okay, here's the thing. Aromatase resides in adipose tissue. The fatter you are, the more aromatase you hold, and the more your estrogen will rise while on cycle. In fact, your estrogen is likely higher than optimal, NOW, so your plan to drop a bit of fat first is a good one.
Here's a thought: get your hormones tested - testosterone, estrogen, and if you can, free testosterone as well as SHBG. Then go on a very low dose of an aromatase inhibitor (you need SOME estrogen, you just don't want as much as you probably have) and drop down to about 12% before starting your cycle. When you start, you'll be transitioning from a cut to a bulk, and you want to partition well, so go on your gear and aim to neither gain nor lose for a month while your test comes up and your metabolism shifts from "holy crap we're starving" to "holy crap, gearz, yippee!". Then begin your bulk. I highly recommend a very low dose of T3 along with your cycle, especially for us former fatties, but be mindful of the dose. Using T3 on a Bulking Cycle?

How would I go about getting these tests? I am sure my normal doctor can do this, but is it something that I should just pay a clinic to do?
Lots of research to do on my part, lots of questions to ask, and lots of time it will take. I am all about doing it right(or best as possible). Diet is in check, just dropping the pounds for now. I'll expand my brain as a deflate my belly.
You could just ask your doctor. How old are you by the way - you might complain about libido issues, or say your nipples are feeling like you might be getting gyno if it helps you get the testing you want.
Request
Total testosterone
Free/bioavailable testosterone
Estradiol
SHBG (it should come along for free with the Free Testosterone reading)
And just for shits and giggles, PSA (this should be the same as DHT).
Not a bad idea to get your TSH, Free T4 and Free T3 tested as well, and perhaps fasting glucose (what the hell). Oh and get a CBC so you know how high your hemoglobin is going in.

I am gonna bet your diet is off. Post your daily diet so we can evaluate it. in 2 years you should have dropped all your body fat to like 8%. So i think your eating habits are your main culprit. Remember, to gain a pound of fat, it takes 3,600 calories, and if you wanted to burn a pound of fat, you would have to ''use'' 3,600 calories as energy.

3500 calories is the magic number.
My diet is fine. I sit right around 2300-2400 calories daily. Between moving for college, thinking I wanted to be a power lifter, and just working out and not caring about the diet nearly as much I did eat more than the above stated. I have only been back on the cut for maybe a two months and I have gone from 225 back down to 214.
Keep us updated bro. After you get the BF down just stick with a standard 500mg Test E or Test C every week for 10-12 weeks, and toss in a 4 week dbol kicker if you are feeling adventurous.
The Captn' is a half retarted Jew, He is a Mod in anything goes because of his fucked up thought process. Its not like he is a mod in a quality of life section like diet or aas. But is definitly needed to ass rape fools like J4CKT. He is the light of anything goes and will guide us to the promise land of debauchery, tranny diddleing and closet gheyness.
