    First Cycle,

Details: 20 years old, training for three years, no breaks, large times off at all.

    158lbs. Max Weights:

315 lb bench press, 2 reps.
275 lb bench press, 5-6 reps.
85 lb dumbbell shoulder press 4 reps.
    135lb barbell bicep curl.

Anyway, pound for pound, putting up decent weight. Just providing a little information.

    First Cycle Plan:

Test 400 with Decabol. 5 weeks Decabol and Test together. 10 weeks altogether test 400, so 5 weeks without deca. Running the 5 weeks with deca with hcg.

PCT: 3 week supply of nolvadex.

Supplements taking to aid use: Vitamins that contain milk thistle, alpha lipoic acid, glutamine powder mixed with juice (taken before going to the gym)

Looking to gain about 20 lbs, hopefully keep 15 of it. Depends on how the body handles it I guess.

And lastly, excellent diet.. Have been eating clean for the whole three years that I've been training strictly.

    For instance:

    Breakfast:

3 Egg whites, 3 Pancakes, Bowl of Oatmeal with sliced figs, Banana, glass of orange juice, vitamin, bee pollen, bottle of water.

Between breakfast and lunch: Protein shake/ Weight Gainer (BSN True Mass)

    Lunch: (Heaviest Meal)

    Pound of Chicken Breast
    Rice/Pasta
    Plain Yogurt
    Peanuts
    Quart of Whole Milk
    Half of an avocado

Between Lunch and Dinner: Apple, additional carbs (bread, rice, pasta)

    Dinner:

    Turkey cutlets
    Rice/Pasta
    Pomegranate Juice with gluatmine
    Spinach

Late Evening: Can of tuna fish, bowl of cottage cheese

Any input would be appreciated. Let me know if more details are needed.

you are gonna hurt yourself on that cycle.

    1. 20 yo is too young, wait til at least 25
    2. nolva is not a good pct, clomid is standard.
    3. you do not even mention an AI, you like tits? cuz your gonna have some soon.
    4. first timers should only run test, no other compounds.
    5. your diet is wacky to say the least.

Yea... I'd say Nolva is good, I prefer it over Clomid. However, as you mention, he's got problems in his plan.

    - I'd run the HCG at the end, transitioning into PCT.
    - Drop any Nandra's. Stick with just test.
    - You need an AI for the (more or less) full cycle, plus a standby of Nolva for while on cycle (just in case, you DO NOT want to be needing it but not having enough)
    - Think about it for a couple more years.
    - Put on some more weight naturally. It's easier than you think.

Edit: If you're willing to drop this much dough at the age of 20 on gear, why not spend it instead on a great trainer and nutritionist. They can help you get some of the results youre looking for, all while you learn about what youre doing to your body. Youll build a more solid foundation, then when you are ready for gear, you'll just do that much better.

20 man, it's just too young. I wouldn't do it yet.
