    Is 1inch pin long enough for glute???

    Hey guys I was wanting to know if 1inch pins are long enough to hit the glute? I'v been taking test in the glute with 1inch pins and wanting to make sure im hitting the muscle. I feel like I am but any andvice is appreciated. Thanks guys and great website.

    1'' pins are fine as long as you are not a fatty.

    i always use a 1.5" for glutes just to make sure i hit the muscle.

    This. I don't have a fat ass, but I got a big ass so I make sure I get the muscle. Better safe then sorry.

    1" will work for some. 1.5" will work for all.

    yeah 1inch should be fine for most.

    i always use 1inch, but i'm around 10-12% bf though soooooooo

    I believe that even if it isnt long enough, an injection into the fatty tissue still ends with the same result, just possibly a longer time to dissipate.

    I've always used 1.5-but I think it's mostly out of habit. I started many moons ago using 23-1.5 pins, and they have always worked fine for me for the glutes.

    I've always used 1.5" pins in the glutes...but they are harpoons.

    for an IM injection into the glutes you need to get in there deep, I use and recommended a 1.5" pin for glutes.
