usually a 10ml vial will actually hold about 11.5 to 12mls of liquid ..

since we've grown over the last few years syntrop and axio vials are now filled by machines to 10.1ml taking human error and inconsistencies out......the only way you could have got less is if you purchased from an unauthorized reseller or if you drew it all out and preloaded you'd have a very very small amount still in the pin itself....may .1-.2ml total

i have several bottles of this very same batch right now and compared mine to the pic you posted (i just had to doublecheck my lot number quick).....they are filled by machines to 10.1.....the bottles themselves are always somewhat bigger and can hold 12-13ml if filled completely to the top.....
