    Body fat max

Whats the maximum body fat limit to be met prior to cycling? Ive seen everything from 10-20 percent.
Also what is the risk of cycling with a higher percentage?

i don't know the answer to your 1st question, but i would like to know the answer too.

as far as the 2nd one, my understanding is that the higher your bf% is, the more estrogen related sides you'll have.

I didnt think about the estrogen sides, good point.

I saw some where that heavier (fatter guys) made better lovers because they had higher E levels.

Higher body fat equals more estrogen for sure. So greater chance of further weight gain and estrogen related sides such as gyno.

Also, chances are if you are overweight you may already have higher blood pressure and cholesterol and you are putting further stress on an already stressed body.

10 - 12% is optimal, but you can get away with as high as 15% if you do it properly or are doing a cutter cycle.
But if you want to bulk.... don't be any higher than 12% or you are going to become a balloon head

    1. That is a trick question as the lower bodyfat the better results. Also depend if you are cutting or bulking.

    2. greater risk of gyno, not getting the hoped results from your cycle. if your fat and take steroids, you will only get big and fat. tren, winny, and other cutting agents will be just about worthless for someone with a high bf%

Actually optimal is single digits, but people try to make 10-12% optimal.

I started my first cycle at around 15-16%. I didnt have any sides from it, as I was running it as a recomp, but that said I DO wish I had waited till a little lower so that I could have went a little crazier with the bulking.

I think a hard answer for this will be impossible to find as it is completely dependant upon individual physiology, training, and goals.
