Hi guys ive done more than my fair share of cycles over the last god knows how many years, i have never needed to pin anywhere other than glutes before but im getting solid on both sides now and im trying to find out where to shoot in my quads. Ive seen threads on this but for the life of me i cant find them, Any chance anyone can give me a link or help out that would be great. Cheers all.
The Captn' is a half retarted Jew, He is a Mod in anything goes because of his fucked up thought process. Its not like he is a mod in a quality of life section like diet or aas. But is definitly needed to ass rape fools like J4CKT. He is the light of anything goes and will guide us to the promise land of debauchery, tranny diddleing and closet gheyness.

A good basic rule of thumb is to hit the middle of a large muscle. I would rather hit my lower quad then any of the 3 injection sites of the shoulders. jmo though...I would'nt recommend it with prop or sus as you may not be walking right for a day or two lol.

I agree with you on this. I have always used my glutes, quads, and also my delts depending on how much I am pinning. After a while, the glutes get a bit difficult to pin due ot flexibility.
Quad is my favorite spot to pin because I have the most control over the movement of the syringe where as glutes and delts you only have one hand. And right now I am doing a Tren cycle, so I inject VERY slowly. And trying to drag out a one handed glute shot for 3-5 minutes is not fun.....
I usually do half way down the quad, towards the outer side of the muscle. Never hit a vein, and even the prop no longer bothers my quads.
