    First Cycle Possibility

    Hey guys I'm Paul and I'm a first timer. I was looking to do a cycle of Winstrol and looking for knowledge and advice. I've done some research but looking for input from more experienced people before I even think about buying some. I'm currently just taking Enpulse and Helix-24

    About Me: I'm 22, 5'7, 175 pounds and about 15% body fat. Started at 230 pounds. I eat 5-6 times a day, carbs after my workout and I weight train 5x a week. I've workout for about 2 years now and consider myself pretty familiar with everything except this stuff.

    My goal is to drop down to 160 as I've been stuck at 175 for the last 6 months and nothing seems to work anymore.

    Thanks for any input.

    You've only been working out for 2 years? Dude your body hasn't even come close to hitting it's genetic potential yet....

    Try some carb cycling.... what kind of cardio sessions are you doing ?

    Well seriously working out for 2 years, I started in high school about 6 years ago but I never really took it seriously till a bit over 2 years ago. Cardio I'm doing the spartacus workout 3x a week (circuit training) and 20 mins stairmaster 2-3x a week

    I wouldn't bother doing a cutting cycle for your first cycle. Cut down without using steroids, and then use your first cycle (which is always your best cycle) to bulk up and you will probably gain like 25 pounds of muscle. Don't waste that window on a cutting cycle seriously....

    winny will not cut 15lbs of fat. You mentioned nothing of gaining muscle, so i assume your main purpose is to lose weight. In which case, you should try an ECA stack. This will aid in fat loss.

    ^^ECA Stack is a good approach and I would also add in Need2Slin to control the shuttling of your carbs in your diet.

    Diet and cardio is your best friend right now.

    What would you recommend as the E, I live in Canada and pretty sure I cant get it.
