    Pin selection

    Is there a stickie or any place to find info on selecting pins for injections?? If so can someone let me know where to find.... I will be using test, winny and HCG... Just not too sure which sizes to use? thanks in advance everyone..

    I would recommend 23 gauge 1" for delts and quads and 23 gauge 1.5" for glutes. Some people like to use a larger needle for drawing the oil if it's thick but I never have.

    I use a 20g to drawl and use a 25g for calves, delts, pecs, quads but I also don't have to use more than 1ml at a time with the concentrations and esters that I use
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
