dude you need to get your diet and training down before you start on gear. if you don't want side affects, than do not take steroids.

6'3" and 140 lbs? How many calories are you eating? I guarantee your anabolic of choice should be food. And I guarantee you are not eating enough of it.
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

    My point exactly.

You simply need to up the calories. Currently, 5000 calories is YOUR maintenance.

I know, it's a pain in the ass and it's not the question you're asking, but if you can't gain weight OFF gear, you're not putting it on WITH gear. Remarkably, the 20 or so grams worth of oil you'll inject over the course of a cycle doesn't contain 40 lbs. That part - with or without gear - comes from one place only: food. And I know the cognitive dissonance is, at first, hard to swallow. There's an entire industry whose mission it is to convince you otherwise.

How many grams of protein, carb and fat do you take in each and every day?

5000 cals of burger king does not equal, 5000 cals of quality food. Clean up your diet, try properly and I PROMISE you, you will see gains. I gained almost 30lb in a year with proper nutrition and training.
btw, how old are you bro?
