    Cool zafa feeling it

Im on my very first cycle ever, had a horrible experience with my first injection for anyone who didnt read my last thread. but im now 3 injections in and WOW!!!!!! is all i can say. only the prop and phenylprop have released and already my bench workout is through the roof, well according to my standards. 1 week ago i could only do bench 135 6 times on my first set. today i did 145 eight times on my 3rd set. i know that dont sound like much to alot of people but i have been stuck at 135 working out weight for quite sometime. im very excited to see just how far my zafa testonon will take me. im seriously considering adding 1/4 cc of underground sustanon to every injection of zafa testonon 250. my appetite is through the roof but i am still very far from what my calorie intake needs to be. im at about 2500 calories a day and 150 grams protein. what is everybodies take on adding olive oil to my shakes to add 900 calories to my diet.

man not to sound mean, but you need to do you own research before you start anything. don't ask for advice on forums, alot of people will give you the wrong ones. first thing is you need to have your diet and training down before you even think about roids.

If you do that, all you are going to get is fat calories, Just eat more carbs. and increase your meals and size.

i did my homework this is directly from an anobolic diet website

Some dietary fats are good for your fitness goals and other dietary fats are very bad for your fitness and your health. Fats, like carbohydrates can either be burnt as energy or stored as bodyfat. Fats generally burn faster than carbs, therefore they are more readily stored as bodyfat. Dietary fats have roughly 9 calories per gram, as opposed to 4 calories per gram for protein and carbs. Along with being used as energy, healthy fats provide a host of other benefits, including maintaining overall health and even making your skin and hair look better. Unhealthy fats (saturated fats) can do just the opposite, especially to your skin.

Sources of "good" or "healthy" fats include but are not limited to:

Fish Oil (basically fats found in fish)

Nuts (good source of protein and healthy fats)

    Olive Oil

Flaxseed Oil - can be found in most nutrition stores like GNC

Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) - also can be found nutrition stores

Sources of "bad fats" include, but are not limited to:

Anything that it deep fried (french fries, fried chicken)

Fat from animal sources, such as the saturated fats found in beef and pork and the saturated fat found in milkiet website.

I have a problem at times consuming solid food....due to an illness.....so i have MRP shakes that i add through the day, have you thought of adding some good protien shakes to your daily intake. Also not being funny mate but you may get better responces if you post this sort of thing on the diet forum. JMO.
