I'm looking to start my first cycle.. Any help would be appreciated. I've been working out for 2 yrs of and on I'm looking for size and strength.. Wouldn't mind cutting a little to lol .. 34 yrs 5'8 166 lbs
I always recommend only 8 weeks for first cycle. Ten weeks at most.
Aromasin during is also highly recommended. HCG is a good idea during and with PCT as well. And clomid. I recommend you searching through posts for procedure and dosages.
I know many will disagree, but I also recommend a low dosage of deca or anavar to increase collagen synthesis.
heres wat i would do:
1) test cyp or test e 650mg wk do to your age
2) dbol, anadrol----dbol 30- 50mg ed or anadrol--50 -- 100mg ed both for 6- 8 wks
3) hcg 250ius 2xs wk mon and thursday
4) adex or aromasin depending on wat and how severe u have estrogen sides bloat gut minor gyno adex, moderate gyno and other sides aromasin but aromasin dont help with bloat gut as much as adex but gyno is best with aromasin both eod adex .25eod aromasin 12.5 eod gyno. but dont use squat if u dont have to. as ais take away from the fullness and roundness of the muscle. i would go 25g x 1" IM on your hcg instead of slin pinning it, i think IM works better. if u go slin pin then 29g x 1/2" slin pin size.
pct: clomid 100mg days 1- 5 and days 5- 21 50mg, keep ais on hand if need be, tribulus, bcaas, creatine for 4 wks load 1st 5 days 30 gr then days 5 - 28 , 5 - 10 gr ed its ur call. whey protein and organ protectors should of started from the day before the cycle, until end pct. good luck bro.
ps: have your blood work done every 3 months or 4 times a yr. before you start and when finished would be ideal.

This is what I did for my first cycle and enjoyed it very much.
Weeks 1-10 - 500mg Cyp ( Monday and Wed shots @250mg)
Weeks 1-10 - .5mg Adex EOD
Weeks 2-10 - 500ius HCG (Mon and Wed shots @250ius)
PCT
Week 11-12 - 500ius HCG (only needed while esters clear your system)
Weeks 13-16 (14 days after last Cyp shot)Clomid 100/75/50/50
Make sure you BF is no higher than 13-15% and that you eat 3500-4000 clean calories a day and you will love it.

Have you done that before? I can't imagine what your RBC must have been, that looks like high blood pressure just looking at it.

woh now, cmon, u want this dudes liver to shut down or wut, i would never run anadrol longer than 3 weeks personally, thats some powerful a%$ sH*t
hell no. run that dbol at 3-4 weeks TOPS. no more than 4 i dont care wut anyone tells u. unless u want ur liver to shut down. i would run anadrol only at 2.
Like stated in my post, it is the very most basic cycle. HCG is extras, but the cycle I gave him is the most basic one he can do without damaging himself.

oh, i think i see wat your talking about CT, ok i meant either use dbol or anadrol not both dbol and drol together if thats wat everybody thinks , no i didnt mean that, i apologize op if thats how it sounded. ive tried both them together but its no good for u. and wouldnt recommend it ever again. sorry. good look uot CT, but i would use drol byitself like i said . or dbol by itself. i meant use the test and drol or dbol , one or the other oral.
