Okay, without sounding like a broken record, I'm looking to start a cycle at the end of this month. I've aimed to keep it basic and simple - your typical starter cycle. For those of you have read some of my threads over the years, you might be familiar with my experiences regarding training, diet, supplementation and the more hormonal performance enhancers. If not, however, here's my info:
Height: 6 ft
Weight: approx. 235lbs
BF%: Not sure. Have relatively defined abs and vascularity all over.
Length of time lifting: 10 years
Previous use of PH/AAS: M1T, 1-T transdermal and H-drol stack, 1-Andro RX, 1-T Tren transdermal and Turanibol stack.
Years lifting before using enhancers: 6-7
Current diet: approx 4,000 cals
Bulking diet: approx 5,000 – 6,000 cals
Goals: Mass (strength would be good, too, but focus will be on adding size)
And my proposed cycle is thus:
Week 1-10 600mg Test Cyp (2x300) per week.
1mg Arimidex daily
500iu HCG twice weekly.
I will also be running supps. for prostate protection, skin and BP.
PCT will comprise:
100/100/100/50 Clomid (50mg taken twice per day weeks 1-3)
2mg/2mg/2mg/1mg Arimidex (2mg daily for 3 weeks, 1mg daily in week 4)
3g Vit C every day split in 3 doses
10g creatine daily
I'm not so sure about the Arimidex dosing here. Initially I was going to run 20/20/20/10 Aromasin, but my source can only get the lower dosed Arimidex. Any advice here would be great.
So that's pretty much it for the moment. As you might have already spotted, this set-up is pretty much the same as one of the cycles Heavy Iron has outlined in his First Cycle and PCT thread, although I'm not ramping the doses up towards the 800mg/1,000mg per week threshold.
Also, some questions I'd like to get opinions on before I begin the cycle.
1. Do I start the HCG from week one despite the Cyp needing about a week or two to kick in?
2. Is a 300mg/1.5ml shot going to be uncomfortable/more tricky and painful than if only shooting 1ml (Asia Pharma's Cyp is supposed to go down pretty smooth so hopefully that'll help)?
3. Injection sites: I'm assuming you shot in roughly the same area each time, but you don't have to literally be lining the needle exactly over the previous 'hole' etc?
4. Shall I cease taking Jack3d when on? I'm assuming yes.
5. The old favourite: is it worth kick-starting with Dbol or shall I just keep it simple for the moment?
6. I was about to start running (only for a few miles on the weekend), is that a good or bad idea when on? I know it's expenditure of calories I could utilise for growth, but I currently do zero cardio and just feel health-wise I need to do some. Obviously, combining gear and non-familiar cardio will be quite a shock to my system and I don't want to keel over with a heart attack by doing too much too soon if that makes any sense.
7. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge regarding taking other drugs while on cycle. I rarely drink, don't smoke or seldom do any sort of recreational drugs. However, once in a blue moon I'll take a few beans when I'm out at a club. Will a MDMA and amphetamine combo on gear fuck me up? I'm thinking potentially raised BP being jacked even higher.
8. Lastly, I imagine this one will be purely down to personal preference, but where's best to pin for less scaring and discomfort - quad or glute.
I know there are a lot of questions here. I'll keep reading and researching to find the answers myself, but in the meantime, any insights would be hugely appreciated.
Adex dose is pretty high for PCT. I would cap it at 1mg daily.
On cycle start with 1mg adex eod. If you need more take it but otherwise don't.

Looking at your two posts, guys, I might have overcooked it a bit on some of the doses. I didn't amend the PCT doses I was initially intending to run when adopting Heavy's suggested 'high-test cycle' for this lower-dosed version, so that would explain my excessive doses.
