this one goes out to the very experienced out there. Really trying like hell to bring my legs up for next year, been running growth, test, and eq for the past 5 months, ive added just about 20-25 lbs of lean mass. my legs have nice size however my lines in my quads up top, on the sides and my hams and glutes are struggling to get the splits and lines i want. a good freind of mine suggest starting running igf off and on until next year. maybe thro some insulin in the mix off and on too. wut do u guys suggest dose wise on the igf and for how long at a time, heard many different theories and im not gonna stay on it constantly.
