    IGF, Growth, Insulin

    this one goes out to the very experienced out there. Really trying like hell to bring my legs up for next year, been running growth, test, and eq for the past 5 months, ive added just about 20-25 lbs of lean mass. my legs have nice size however my lines in my quads up top, on the sides and my hams and glutes are struggling to get the splits and lines i want. a good freind of mine suggest starting running igf off and on until next year. maybe thro some insulin in the mix off and on too. wut do u guys suggest dose wise on the igf and for how long at a time, heard many different theories and im not gonna stay on it constantly.

    Insulin, GH and IGF1-LR3 are not going to get what you want. It's your diet. To get the seperation you're looking for you need to get leaner.

    If you're trying to get bigger I would suggest training, then PWO use 10ius GH, 30 mins later 5-7ius insulin (humalog or humulin-r). You can do this for 4 weeks, then for the next four weeks replace the insulin with 100mcg IGF-1LR3.

    Do you know how to use the insulin? If not you might consider doing some homework as you can die.

    yeah i got the formula i do my gh first thing upon waking ive found that to be best for me, and my diet is on point, my upper stays really lean just my legs is where my body retains water and fat for whatever reason and ive heard the igf leans u out really well and brings up weak areas.

    It will lean you out but not like GH will. It doesn't really bring up weak areas either. Diet and training will do that.

    i would listen to CT as he taught me how to use when i approached him, and i been doing gtg ever since. so i think hes about the most expierienced on these peptides and slin, hgh on this board, i could be wrong. but if it were me on this topic i would go with him he will help u safely use all that stuff imho. but good luck guys on your goals.

    hi CT;
    I am about to start HGH still hesitating which brand I will buy, but want to know how much I must take daily and if it is etter to take it 6 days per week or 7?
    I planned to take 5 IU per day split into 2 ( am and early pm)
    what should I take in addition of that to get more lean mass
    I am 36 , 175 cm and 68 kg.
    I train 4 to 5 times a week

    7 days a week for fat loss and 3 times a week for mass gains.

    Checkout aminoutpost.com. There are alot of sites that are trustworthy, but this is the one I use.

    100mcg of LR3/ day? A bit much, but good advice non the less. 50mcg bilaterally will do you just fine

    As for the bilateral and site specific injections, that does not promote site specific growth. That myth was debunked a long time ago.

    guys, could you confirm me how to use HGH to get more muscle mass
    I am 37 yo 175cm 69kg and train 4 to 5 times a week
    I plan to use clen 120mcg during 8 weeks
    but would maybe be good to make 8 weeks of Boldeca?
    I plan a 30 weeks HGH but do I have to take 5IU per day 6days a week or better 10 IU 3 times a week
    if 1O IU 3 times a week.... do I have to take any IU in the meantime?

    wat are CT or TIM GREELY THOUGHTS ABOUT EPO AS IVE BEEN ON IT FOR 3 WEEKS NOW AND ITS A VERY GOOD DRUG SO FAR BUT ITS LIKE ANADROL WITHOUT THE SIDES AND STRENGTH ITS HARD TO EXPLAIN. BUT IT GIVES YOU ALOT MORE OXYGEN PERFUSION IN YOUR MUSCLES AND YOU CAN NOT TIRE OUT AT ALL. I LOVE IT WITH FOR NOW LISPRO HUMALOG INSULIN 7 IUS POST W/O WITH THE CARBS AND A MEAL 1 HR LATER THIS IS THE BEST SLIN IVE USED BUT MY WIFE WONT WRITE ME NO MORE SCRIPTS SO ITS BACK TO 70/30 NOVOLIN AND HUMULIN-R, sorry for caps people. but ive tried both and i kinda like the novolin 70/30 as it makes your muscles more pumped in the morning. as iam always pumped up like i just worked out and hgh forget it it does absolutley shit for me going on 5 months and its elli lilly humatrope a good brand. but after this its over not worth the cost benefit ratios.
