u talk about his accomplishments well you got a 645 lb bench, with a bench shirt but thats alot of weight, thats why your on a powerlifting team brother. iam going to be a little outmatched at our strongman contest in sc nxt yr bro. but great job on your 645lb bench suit or not bro, i got 495lb with shirt but i thought that was gtg but youve been powerlifting all your life so good job iam proud of u brother.
