    Please define "Lean Mass Cycle"

    What exactly IS a lean mass cycle... Also what is a good example of a lean mass cycle... Thanks

    A lean mass cycle or clean bulk is simply eating a very strict diet while bulking. For people looking to bulk, but don't want to put on a lot of fat. Hard to get the most out of a bulk without putting on at least a little extra weight, but you don't want to have to cut a ton of flab off, if you can help it.

    There's some compound that helps at gaining strength without the bloat!!!
    Here is an example of such a cycle:
    500mg test E ew wk 1-16
    600mg Eq ew wk1-16
    350mg tren ace wk 1-10
    50mg tbol ed wk1-6
    50mg anavar ed wk 12-16

    I'm pretty conservative here on dosage,but it was an example...
    The more harder and difficult is the road that lead to success,the greater is the gift and reward at the end of that path...

    He did not ask for a strength cycle...he asked for a lean bulk cycle...there is a difference....probably the ultimate strength cycle roid would be Halos...they add next to nil muscle but increase your aggression and strength drastically.

    I agree with the eating cleaner foods. Less junk food. More good nutrition such as oatmeal, rice, potatoes, etc for carbs instead of donuts, cookies, pies , ice cream, etc.
    The appetite goes up so much that it's really hard to avoid those yummier more filling foods.

    So let me see if i got this straight... for the most part "lean mass cycle" has more to to do with your diet while you are on a bulking cycle?
    And yes, it is just a hobby for me...right now anyway..

    Besides, in some people, test does bloat them. Even at conservative doses.

    Lean bulking is really stupid IMO.

    Pick one. Bulk or cut. nevermind being able to see your abs during a bulk cycle. Just eat and train. Then focus on "Leaning out" later on.
    When you have an endo-meso bodytype, you don't wanna end a 300lbs walking blubber monster!And i eat clean year round so it isn't a matter of dieting,i just want my gains to be as much pure muscle mass as they can be!!!You're right about test,but then again,rule no1 of roids users isn't suppose to be no test means no cycle!These compounds gave me good clean gains,and for me,it's the closest you can get to a lean bulking cycle.
    I gain mass very easily,but i still want to have my bf as low as humanly possible even when trying to bulk. Like Curt James motto,what the mind can conceive,the body can achieve!

    I know what you mean, it is important to try to keep your bf low. But I do think even a clean bulk is about making gains, hence the bulk. Eat clean, but in surplus. If you choose to take substances that add little water, that is fine, but bulking is about gaining size, and if you gain a little water and keep you diet in order, the water will come right off af the end of the cycle. It is not nearly as problematic as gaining fat. Most pros walk around much bigger and not nearly as lean in the off season. Gears has a point, if you want to make gains, you can't worry about the mirror so much. I still say a clean bulk is about food more than drugs. Water weight is not the same as fat gained. Clean bulk=clean diet, IMHO.

    Good deal. it's always interesting to hear how different people look at this stuff. When it comes to bulking for me, I prefer to eat a bit looser, and focus all energy on making gains. I'm bulking for the next 12 months, and believe me, my diet is not always strict. I am eating constantly. Most of it good, but a few borderline items, too. I'm taking an A/I, but also taking Test/Deca and D-bol right now. A little water retention is just going to happen. So I guess I'm running a relatively clean bulk.

    It prevents bloating / gyno and shit like that (at least to some degree), if you use some AI during cycle.. For example Arimidex at 0.5mg every other day will most likely prevent bad sides like that, if you take a beginners cycle.

    It prevent the extra test from aromatizing into estrogen!It's a must have in any cycle!

    I agree with MDR. I'll be starting what I call a 'lean bulk'. Meaning to me... Bulking, but gaining as little bf as possible. I'm not worried about water... I just want as little fat (none if possible). I'm using Test C, Deca & T-Bol. If I gain say... 10-15 pounds and 4-8 (or a bit more is water), that's fine... That's an approximate net of 2-11 pounds LBM. If I were in a bit better shape now, I'd go full on bulk and worry about cutting later.

    Not to hijack but to throw a twist in, What should your caloric intake be above or below maintenance if you dont care about bulking and only want to make strength and endurance gains while not gaining any fat while on AAS?

    Ive successfully lost fat and increased strength on epi while staying at or just above maintenance. More of a recomp. Just wondering everyone elses opinions/experiences?

    I think that varies. I'm on 200mg Test cruise and have been at a major calorie deficit (500-1000). I've lost fat and gained/maintained strength.

    I think you can still go above maintenance, at least a bit. I don't see going below unless you are trying to cut and using specific drugs to do so. Everyone is a bit different, just like different people react differently to each drug. You kinda learn what works for you by experimentation. Someone probably has a better answer than that, but if I start putting on too much fat, I just reel in the diet slightly. Also, specific drugs work well for what you are talking about. Tren leaps to mind. Massive gains in strength, but more of a hardening drug than a bulker. If I took Test and Tren, and ate slightly over maintenance, I'd just gain strength and not a ton of size.

    Appreciate the info guys. Im thinking on test c only I can go at just under maintenance, do fasting cardio in the morning to attack fat and lift heavy at lunch or in evening to gain strength. Anyone else have positive results with this?

    When you run that high of a deficit, what does an average meal plan look like?
