Well since this has been bumped, I have to ask, How did it go, CT?
Not bad, but not what I was hoping for either.
I hired someone to do my diet for me (I wanted it done right so all of the guess work was removed) and he got me down pretty lean, but not as lean as I had hoped for.
The physical part of it was easy, but the mental side became VERY difficult towards the end, I was beyond exhausted both mentally and physically and ate like crap for about 10 days after finishing, and stopped doing cardio for a good two months. Then I hit a bulk which was fuc$ing stupid of me.
I hired someone new to do my diet for me this run and it's totally different then what I had been doing. I'll be done this time in 50 days from now (not that I'm counting) and I've already got visible veins throughout my abs. I can't say enough about my new trainer, he's a great coach and trains pros, I really couldn't ask for more and am thankful to find him and work with him.

Good to hear that you found someone knowledgeable to help you in those areas. I was lucky enough be trained by a former Mr. USA in S.Florida, and I gotta tell you I learned SO MUCH. I still use the workouts and diets he wrote up for me today. Those guys know what it takes to get big and ripped.
Veins throughout your abs is def a good sign of successful cutting. Keep up the good work, bro.

Looks great, not too crazy. I am taking some of these ideas for my next show. Have never tried DNP and am not sure why Pramipexole? Doesn't that much Cyp in the last few weeks cause you to hold too much water?
How much did you end up weighing, that amount of calories I can't imagine being able to weigh more than 150 - 170lbs? That looks like under 200 G of protein? Was this for a national level show? Any protein suplements.
that's a lot of gear working at once are you stepping on stage after that stack? In my experience just hiring a nutritionist for 12 weeks worked wonders for me and saved me a lot of money. I was using my supplements at the wrong time he introduced me to cinnamon and B complex and I was a lot fuller and didn't really felt strong, the moral here we all can use a little help, I was on the right track I just needed direction.
