finishin my second week of sust 325 tomorrow, ive been shootin my delts and hardly get any soreness days after....what should i expect for my first shot in the glute? pain?
No glutes generally have little pain. I wish I could do them easier but I have a hard time reaching around to do a good shot. So I opt to do thigh injections and with those you have to be real careful on the compound. I have been crippled before and it's no fun. But now I believe I have it down pat. 1/2 cc xtr500 delt and 1cc TPP thigh makes for a very tolerable delivery. But when I did them both together, OMG! I wouldnt suggest that. If you would care to check out my log it's in the anabolic zone section and it's called opinions please, starting in the morning. It explains all from day one to present. You may find some tips there.
Prop in the butt will leave you sore for a couple days....small knot. And yes, sometimes to twist around and see what you're doing can cause your side to lock up / charley horse....that realllly sucks. Gotta really relax and take it slow.

My first every shot of gear was Test E and I couldn't walk straight for a week. Unfortunately I was a server at that time and people wondered why I was limping around. Told them I had a leg injury.
